How to Order Custom Apparel

  • Choose Your Decoration Method
    Select from rhinestones, screen printing, or spangle designs based on the look, style, and budget you're after. Not sure which option is best? We're happy to help!
  • Send Your Artwork or Idea
    Email your logo, design, or inspiration image. If you don't have artwork ready, send us your concept and we'll work with you to create a design that fits your vision.
  • Tell Us About Your Apparel Needs
    Let us know the garment type, color, sizes, quantities, and any special requests. We can decorate apparel you provide or help source garments for your group, business, or event.
  • Review Your Quote & Mockup
    We'll provide pricing, production details, and a digital mockup for your approval before production begins.
  • Approve & Place Your Order
    Once you approve the design and quote, we'll collect payment and schedule your order for production.
  • Production, Packaging & Delivery
    Every order is produced with care, and each garment is individually labeled and packaged by size and recipient, making distribution quick, organized, and completely hassle-free for coaches, team leaders, event organizers, and businesses.

Turnaround Times

  • Screen Printing: Approximately 3–4 weeks from payment received.
  • Rhinestone & Spangle Apparel: Approximately 3–5 weeks, depending on order size and complexity.
  • Custom Team Apparel Programs: Approximately 6–8 weeks from payment received and final design approval.

Turnaround times may vary during peak seasons or for exceptionally large orders. We'll always communicate estimated completion dates before production begins.

  • Receive Your Custom Apparel
    Your finished order will be shipped or made available for pickup, ready to hand out with no sorting required.
